1. Warranty Policy
Waysion is committed to delivering high-quality products and services. All Waysion products come with a 12-month limited warranty starting from the date of shipment from the factory, covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
2. Service Regions and Contact Information
For European Customers:
To better serve our European clientele, Waysion has partnered with IQUTECH, designated as our European Technical Service Center, providing local technical support and repair services.

For Customers in Other Regions:
Customers outside of Europe are requested to send products requiring repair to Waysion’s Hong Kong Headquarters.
3. Warranty Service Procedure
Contact Support: Before seeking after-sales service, each out to us at info@waysion.com. Provide a detailed description of the product issue along with proof of purchase.
Issue Assessment: Our technical support team will assess the problem and guide you through necessary troubleshooting steps. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely and requires repair, further instructions will be provided.
Complete RMA Request Form: If a return is deemed necessary, our support team will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request form. Please complete this form with all required information.
Submit RMA Request Form: After completing the RMA request form, submit it to info@waysion.com for processing.
Product Shipment: Upon approval of your RMA request, follow the provided instructions to ship the product to the designated service center. Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Repair and Return: Upon receipt, our service center will inspect and repair the product. After the repair, the product will be returned to you promptly.
4. Exclusions from Warranty
The warranty does not cover:
Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs.
Damage caused by natural disasters or other force majeure events.
Products that have exceeded the 12-month warranty period from the date of shipment from the factory.
5. Service Charges
Repairs for issues covered under the warranty within the 12-month period will be performed free of charge.
For repairs outside the warranty scope or period, applicable repair and logistics fees will be communicated after assessment.
